Our classes

At King Studios, the sessions are always personal, focused and fun. Guidance, comfort and results are always the focus, so that you will feel secure and confident, as you reach a better version of yourself.

Standard Reformer

This is a perfect level if you’re ready to start exploring more complex and challenging movements on the reformer. Standard Reformer is moderate and focused with a steady class flow. Don’t worry; you’ll definitely feel a difference after class. Intermediate exercises are introduced but modifications are always provided and progressions are always used so you can honor your body and work at your own individual focus.

 
 
 

L.A.B. ( Legs, Abs and Bottom)

In this session, using the Reformer, we focus on strengthening the core, abs, legs and bottom. Look great in jeans and never be afraid to show off those abs!

 

Cardio/HIIT Pilates Reformer

An intensive class to clear your mind and become one with your body. The goal is to train and engage every muscle group during a class with the aim of creating a strong core because that is what carries our body. We combine muscle strengthening exercises on the reformer alternated with short pieces of intensive cardio exercises with your own body weight or light dumbbells. We increase our heart rate to also engage fat burning. Cardio reformer is a class that everyone can start and can get better and better at by coming back consistently. Standard Reformer (Express)

45 minute session! This is a perfect level if you’re ready to start exploring more complex movements and core work on the Reformer. Standard Reformer (Express) is moderate with a steady class flow. Focuses on core, alignment , strength and centering. Classes are limited to 10 participants, so you get lots of attention and form correction from the instructor.

 

Classic Pilates Reformer

Alignment. Focus. Performance. Strength.

Improve your posture and reduce back pain by building vital core strength. Move with focus and clear your mind to create a mind body connection. Improve your stability & mobility and reduce the likelihood of injury in other forms of exercise or sports. Build a strong core and powerful toned body.

This class is suitable for all levels, you will flow through slow and controlled moves and adjustments offered if needed.
